Teng-Ko Weng is the founder and chairman of Glorious<\/span>
\nArt Institute and has over 40 years of teaching<\/span>
\nexperience underneath him. Teng-Ko has won countless<\/span>
\nawards and accolades over his illustrious career.<\/span>
\nTeng-Ko\u2019s story starts back in 1979, where he studied at<\/span>
\nthe Fu Sing Trade School in Taiwan graduating with a<\/span>
\nDiploma in Fine Arts. When he was 20, Teng-Ko fell ill to<\/span>
\nmeningitis, and lost a part of his hearing and was at<\/span>
\ndeath\u2019s door. Teng-Ko owes his miraculous recovery to<\/span>
\nhis Christian faith. His incredible life experiences and<\/span>
\nextensive learning process has laid a profound<\/span>
\nfoundation for his art career.<\/span>
\nSince immigrating to Canada in 1995, Teng-Ko has built<\/span>
\nup a solid reputation for his teaching through the<\/span>
\nTeng-Ko Weng Art Studio, where he has trained<\/span>
\nhundreds of outstanding young artists and professional<\/span>
\nart students, many of which have attended the world\u2019s<\/span>
\ntop art and design schools.<\/span>
\nWeng\u2019s work has been met with critical acclaim and has<\/span>
\npublished numerous albums of his paintings, and has<\/span>
\nauthored an autobiography that has been well-received<\/span>
\nthroughout Asia. His works are frequently on display in<\/span>
\nart galleries and museums throughout the world.<\/span>
